G & T Global Business Solutions, LLC is a family-owned business founded by Tameka Willis Marshall, our CEO, and Gregory Marshall, COO. Both owners are tenured senior managers, each with over 20 years experience within the customer service arena, ranging from retail, healthcare, and private sector industries.
Over the years, each of our founders have proven records for creating successful enterprises with their remarkable ability to increase business profitability by decreasing company overhead and cost of goods by better than 12% within the span of 2 quarters. Also, this dynamic duo has a penchant for improving an organization's CSAT scores to exceed company benchmarks by implementing comprehensive customer care performance enhancements utilizing training methods tailored to specific business programs.
